We Built a Brand New Website — Here's Why

It Started with a Honest Look in the Mirror

We've been doing IT support in the Milwaukee area for a while now, and honestly? Our old website kind of grew organically over the years. New service here, new page there — and before long it was a bit of a maze. We noticed that people were visiting but probably leaving confused about what we actually do and whether we served their area.

That's not great when the whole point of your website is to help someone decide if they want to work with you.

So We Started Over (For Real This Time)

We had two simple goals going into this redesign:

• Make it easier to find what you need. Whether you're a law firm in Milwaukee or a small manufacturer in West Bend, you should be able to land on our site and quickly see that yes, we work with businesses like yours, in your area.
• Be upfront about pricing. We're not a fan of the whole “call us for a quote and we'll string you along for two weeks” thing. Our pricing is simple and we put it right on the website. No games.

Everything else — the design, the structure, the content — came from those two goals.

What's Different Now

Here are a few things we're genuinely proud of in the new site:

• City pages for every area we serveWe serve 36+ cities across the Milwaukee metro area and Wisconsin. Instead of one vague “we serve the greater Milwaukee area” paragraph, each city now has its own page with local context. If you're in Brookfield or Kenosha or Sheboygan, there's a page for you.
• A cost estimator that actually worksYou can plug in your number of workstations, servers, and locations and get a real ballpark monthly number instantly. No email required. (Try it on the homepage.)
• Industry-specific pagesHealthcare, legal, manufacturing, real estate — 15 industries total. We talk about what IT challenges are specific to your industry and how we address them. No more generic “we help all businesses” fluff.
• Case studies with actual detailsWe wrote up 15 real-world scenarios across industries — each with the challenges, what we did, and the results. Check them out on the Case Studies page.

We're Still Building — Come Back Soon

We launched this new version quickly because a working, simpler website is better than a perfect one that's still in development. But we're not done. Over the next few weeks, we'll be rolling out:

• More blog posts — practical IT tips and cybersecurity guides written for real business owners, not IT nerds
• A client portal link so existing clients can submit and track support tickets directly
• More resources and guides for specific IT challenges

Honestly, building a website is a lot like managing IT — it's never “done,” it's just at different stages of good. We're in a really solid stage right now, and getting better every week.
